How it works

  1. Describe the person you need. Write the brief as one sentence, with the role, seniority, skills, industry, company, or location. You get a ranked shortlist.

    search_people_xverum · 1 credit per result

  2. Open the profiles worth a closer look. See each person's work history, education, profile summary, and seniority.

    enrich_person_xverum · 4 credits per profile

  3. Decide who to contact first. Next Move Signal scores how likely a candidate is to change jobs. This step is optional.

predict_job_change_xverum · 10 credits per score, free when there is no score

FAQs

  • How is this different from Boolean search?

You write the brief as a sentence, such as "senior backend engineers in Berlin with fintech experience." There are no Boolean strings to build, so a recruiter or an AI agent can run the search as written.

  • Can I use Ask Xverum for executive search?

Yes. Add seniority to the brief, such as "VP of Engineering at fintech companies in New York," and Ask Xverum ranks the people at that level.

  • How recently was a profile verified?

Every result has an evidence summary that shows how recently the profile was verified, from "Verified last 30 days" to "Verified over 120 days ago."

  • Does Ask Xverum return candidate emails and phone numbers?

Not yet. Ask Xverum returns each person's professional profile and social profile URL.
