What are Ask Xverum credits?
Credits are how you pay for data. Every search, profile, company record, and signal draws from one credit pool, at the same rates on API and MCP.
- Search result1 credit
Find the people or companies that match your criteria. People: name, company, position, and social profile URL. Companies: name, industry, employee count, and headquarters.
- Full profile+4 credits
Get the full picture. For a person: description, work history, and education. For a company: description, specialties, office locations, and organization type.
- Next Move Signal+10 credits
Know who’s likely to change jobs, before they declare it. For people only, with no charge when there’s no score.

Pricing questions
How are credits calculated?
You pay per level of depth, per record. A person or company in search results is 1 credit. A full profile adds 4. Next Move Signal adds 10, for people only. A person with a full profile is 5 credits; with Next Move Signal, 15.
What am I charged for?
Only data you receive. Empty fields, errors, retries, and zero-result searches are never charged.
What happens if I exceed my credit limit?
You choose. Extra usage is off by default — approve it once and nothing ever stops: extra credits bill at $39 per 1,000 credits on Free, $31 on Starter, $28 on Growth, and $26 on Pro, or 10% less on annual plans. Without approval, we pause at your limit and the notice gives you two one-click links: approve extra usage or upgrade. Either way you’re notified at 80%, and monthly credits reset at the start of your next billing month.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing month. Annual plans work differently: all credits are granted up front and stay valid for 12 months.

Yes. Annual billing is 10% off everything — the plan and extra credits. All credits are granted up front and stay valid for 12 months.
